September 2014 is bringing with it a remake of the classic game Gauntlet. This promises to bring the iconic series into the 21st century, just what we need, more reasons to not leave the house.

Destiny

September is bringing us Bungie’s next game Destiny. This looks like Halo had a child with Borderlands, which sounds like they made the best hybrid imaginable. If you really want to play the game and don’t want to wait til September we’re giving away some Beta codes on the site, so keep an eye out.

European Ship Simulator

In October you’ll get the chance to cruise around several European ports thanks to European Ship Simulator. This game will have you steering tug boats to cruise ships, so you’ll have quite a bit of options as to how you would like to cruise around Europe.

Borderlands: The Pre-Sequel

If you’re a fan of either of the previous Borderlands games then you’re going to be very excited for October. This Autumn brings us Borderlands: The Pre-Sequel, where you find out how Handsome Jack becomes so damned handsome.

Dragon Age III: Inquisition

October is going to be full of fun, thanks in part to the release of Dragon Age III: Inquisition. If you pay any attention to The Escapist you’ll know just how much we love the Dragon Age series.

Alien Isolation

Sometime this year we’re finally getting the Alien game that we’ve wanted in Alien: Isolation. We’re going back to the terror that the original gave us, as opposed to the sequel that really just hurt the series.

Kingdom Hearts 3

Hopefully by the end of the year we’ll get to see Kingdom Hearts 3, it’s been announced and in production for a while. Nine years have come and gone since Kingdom Hearts 2, and quite a bit has happened to gaming technology since then. That may mean that this may look better than you could even imagine it could. That Keyblade is going to just pop out of the screen.
