Batman: Arkham Knight‘s PC re-release is now slated for “late October”.
I just don’t know what to tell you guys any more. Warner Bros. has just posted another update to its Batman: Arkham Knight Steam page, and as you may have guessed, it isn’t great news. Despite telling us that the game’s PC re-release was imminent back in early September, it is now telling us that it probably won’t be back in stores until the end of this month.
“As many of you know, we released a major patch for Batman: Arkham Knight PC a few weeks ago. While there were significant performance improvements made to the game, the teams are continuing to work on the additional updates that were outlined in our previous post,” wrote the studio.
“We expect these updates to be ready at the end of October, at which time the PC version will be made available for purchase. In addition, support for all DLC that has been released for the console versions will be in place.”
So, there you go. You may be able to finally buy Arkham Knight on PC by the end of this month (maybe), a full four months after its initial, half-assed release. All I can say is it better be on sale for at least 50% off when it comes back up…
