Uncharted: The Lost Legacy Release Date Revealed

Chloe and Nadine head to India in Uncharted’s “biggest expansion to-date” this August.

While Uncharted 4: A Thief’s End may have marked the end of Nathan Drake’s journey, but it didn’t mark the end of the series. Naughty Dog announced Uncharted: The Lost Legacy at PlayStation Experience 2016 back in December, the “biggest story expansion to-date,” which will follow Uncharted 2: Among Thieves‘ Chloe Frazer and Nadine Ross from Uncharted 4 on a mission to recover the Tusk of Ganesh in India.

In a post today, Shaun Escayg, Creative Director at Naughty Dog, revealed that the expansion will be available on August 22, 2017 in North America for $39.99 USD, $49.99 CAD. In addition, anyone who pre-orders The Lost Legacy (at participating retailers) will also get a free digital copy of Jak and Daxter: The Precursor Legacy for PS4 when it launches on August 22. Uncharted 4: A Thief’s End Digital Deluxe Edition, Explorer’s Pack, or Triple Pack owners will get Uncharted: The Lost Legacy as a digital download at launch.

Naughty Dog director of communications Arne Mayer recently suggested that the expansion will be over ten hours long – and in case you were wondering, Nathan Drake will not be making an appearance.
