Claire de Lune is a story-driven puzzle adventure game developed and published by Tactic Studios Inc. Set in 2191, you play as John, a rogue smuggler on the run with his daughter Claire. An unknown force pulls in their ship, causing the family to separate during the crash. John is now on a hunt to reunite with his daughter and escape the planet safely together. Equipped with his AI Arturo and various pieces of technology, you must journey into the unknown using platforming, puzzle-solving, and stealth.
Ultimately, the game feels half-baked. Everything from the writing to the gameplay feels unfinished and needs refinement. The combination of inconsistent puzzling, lackluster gameplay, and bland story make it nearly impossible to recommend this title. Although the game draws influence from titles like The Talos Principle and Portal, it is nowhere near as polished or fun.
Claire de Lune is available now on Steam and the Epic Game Store for the price of $39.99.
