Square Enix and Team Ninja’s Stranger of Paradise: Final Fantasy Origin just got a new trailer, revealing a second trial demo (with multiplayer included) and setting a release date of March 18, 2022 for PC via the Epic Games Store, PlayStation 4, PlayStation 5, Xbox One, and Xbox Series X | S. The odd action RPG’s latest trailer follows up our previous look at the game with more gameplay, new environments, and a better look at the game’s cast.
The release date trailer revealed that PlayStation 5 and Xbox Series X | S specifically have received a second trial demo for Stranger of Paradise: Final Fantasy Origin that serves as an extension of the game’s previous trial and adds multiplayer. The new demo allows players to explore the Refrin Wetlands with a new partner and features to enjoy. You can download and play the second Stranger of Paradise trial from now to October 11, 2021, at 7:59 a.m. PT / 10:59 a.m. ET.
Players who purchase the Team Ninja title on PlayStation 4 and Xbox One can take advantage of free upgrades on both systems. Those who choose to preorder the digital versions of the game get bonuses, too, including 72 hours of early access for console players and 24 hours of early access for PC players. These same players will also be given access to the Braveheart weapon and Lustrous Shield, as well as the Rebellion weapon.
