Endless Dungeon Opens Signup for ‘FirstRun’ OpenDev Game Test

Endless Dungeon First Run OpenDev test beta signup begins Sega Amplitude Studios

Publisher Sega and developer Amplitude Studios have announced signups are now open for the Endless Dungeon “First Run” OpenDev event on Steam, which begins June 30. That’s kind of a fancy way of saying that a beta is coming. OpenDev uses the GAMES2GETHER platform to provide targeted gameplay scenarios designed to let the players better help Amplitude to shape the game.

For those who could use a reminder, Endless Dungeon is a roguelite tactical-action tower defense game that is part of the Endless franchise. The Endless Dungeon “First Run” OpenDev trailer shows off a bit of the frenetic gameplay that lies in wait.

Sega and Amplitude have shared some additional details about the Endless Dungeon “First Run” OpenDev game test:

Explore the station in single player controlling up to 3 unique heroes (note: the final game will be multiplayer up to 3 players)
Face 10 monsters across 2 deadly districts of the dungeon
Gear up with 13 weapons, 4 devices, and more upgrades
Build 10 different turrets for added firepower and support

If that sounds good to you, then head over to the game’s website to sign up for one of the limited spots. Endless Dungeon is “coming soon” to Nintendo Switch, PlayStation 4, PlayStation 5, Xbox Series X | S, and PC via Steam.
