The Watch Dogs: Legion online multiplayer mode is out now on consoles and Google Stadia, and Ubisoft has published a launch trailer to commemorate it. The new video briefly describes how players can work to tackle missions or just have fun when playing online together. There’s more to come post-launch, but you can see some of the ways you can interact with others in the footage below.
Ubisoft unveiled a release date for Watch Dogs: Legion’s online mode last month, but in a post last week, the publisher announced that the PC version has been delayed indefinitely thanks to a glitch that could cause the game to crash for players with certain GPUs. The same post also revealed that the online mode’s Tactical Op has been pushed back a bit on all platforms and will now launch on March 23. Additionally, PlayStation 4 and PlayStation 5 players will have limited in-game text chat at launch, with a fix for that issue also set to arrive on March 23.
Watch Dogs: Legion took players to London last year with its new “play as anyone” mechanic. The Escapist’s Marty Sliva took a look at the new feature and came away impressed but still felt that its implementation could have been better.
