Consignments are available in three tiers, costing varying amounts of silver. Each tier also comes with a time constraint for the items to be gathered. The following chart indicates the relative differences:

The Elves of Duillond have long kept detailed accounts of the history of Middle-earth. Some are willing to share that knowledge with others. There are three available consignments: Common, Esoteric, or Ancient Lore. Speak to Archivist Arodel to order your consignment, sign the work order and return it to her. Speak to Researcher Mallennor when the time is up to collect a key to the appropriate chest.
Prospector
Dwarves are accomplished miners, and those at the Silver Deep Mine are willing to sell their services. There are three available consignments: Common, Uncommon, or Rare Ore. Speak to Foreman Ori to order your consignment, sign the work order and return it to him. Speak to Miner Onar when the time is up to collect a key to the appropriate crate.
Forester
The lumbermen of Combe are willing to share the results of their work with other lumbermen. There are three available consignments: Soft Wood, Wood, or Hard Wood. Speak to Foreman Elmwood to order your consignment, sign the work order and return it to him. Speak to Woodcutter Hornbeam when the time is up to collect a key to the appropriate pile.
Hides
Hobbit hunters in the secluded village of Overhill are adept at hunting, skinning and treating hides. There are three available consignments: Light, Medium, or Sturdy Hides. Speak to Tanner Boffin to order your consignment, sign the work order and return it to him. Speak to Woodcutter Hornbeam when the time is up to collect a key to the appropriate pile.
Utilizing the consignment vendors through Eriador, the aspiring crafter can supplement their supply line, or they can solely utilize the work order system to provide the materials they need.
