Like most LEGO maniacs, it isn’t enough to just shape the brick land in your creative image or build fancy models solo. Currently, there’s no multiplayer portion of the early-access building game. If your friends want to experience what you’ve got to share in LEGO Worlds you’ll have to find another solution. Luckily, we’ve got that solution. How to Save / Export and Share Models

How to Save Models In-Game
Want to duplicate your LEGO creations and share with friends online? Follow these simple steps to get started.
- 1. After building something, open the Terrain Tools tab and select your object. Anything not within the selection grid won’t be saved.
- 2. In the same tab, click on “View & Save Selection” — this creates a save file that can be loaded later in the Models tab.
- 3. A new window will appear. Double-check to make sure the selection is correct, then choose “Make Icon & Save Model.” Properly adjust the model image, then select “Save Model & Icon”.
- 5. The saved object can now be found in the Models tab in-game. It can be spawned into the world as often as you like.
How to Share & Export Models
Now, if you want to share models with online friends, there’s no easy solution current solution. The files do exist on your computer and can be safely copied for sharing.
- 1. Locate this folder: C:\Users\*YourName*\AppData\Roaming\Warner Bros. Interactive Entertainment\LEGOWorlds\Mods\Models folder
- 2. Search for two files: .lxfml and .png — If you saved your model under the name “LegoModelTest” you would want; LegoModel.lxfml & LegoModel.png
