Warhawk goes downloadable and multiplayer exclusive.
On a podcast with IGN, developer Incognito Entertainment confirmed that Warhawk will be exclusively distributed as a downloadable title on the Playstation Network. In addition, all single-player modes have been ripped from the game, leaving only thirty-two player online competition.
Although the cause for these cuts is still unclear, Producer Dylan Jobe listed the lack of a polished solo adventure as one reason. The title’s download price has not been announced, but additional content, including new maps, weapons and features, have been promised.
