SNK and Nintendo announce Neo-Geo games for the European Virtual Console, starting with a trio of 2-D fighters.
Nintendo and SNK Playmore will finally be bringing Neo-Geo games to the Wii’s Virtual Console in Europe, joining the Turbografx and Sega systems on Nintendo’s digital download service. D4 Enterprise Inc. will be handling the Neo-Geo ports to the Virtual Console.
The first Neo-GEo title to launch on Wii will be SNK’s oldest fighting game dating from 1991, Fatal Fury. This will be followed by two other retro fighters from 1992, World Heroes and Art of Fighting. Future titles will all be priced at 900 Wii Points.
