Themis Group is currently looking to add an artist or two to our illustrious team. We’re seeking talented and motivated people who have strong portfolios and great personalities. We’re looking for Designers who are flexible with their design habits, and preferred programs. We design exclusively in the Adobe Suite (CS3) and tend to use the Macintosh Platform – though we are fluent in all standard OSs (Even Debian! No, GIMP is not a substitute for Photoshop).
Candidates need to feel comfortable in web-based pixel pushing, or large format print projects (Illustrator) or any combination thereof. We also dabble in 3D projects, Flash and Video Production.

Requirements:
- Portfolio – Please submit a digital portfolio, or web portfolio link, along with any application to this job posting. Absolutely no one can or will be considered who does not submit examples of their work. Work examples and their presentation will be evaluated for interview potential (so it’s pretty important). No hardcopies will be returned.
- Experience – None is required, so don’t let that stop you from applying. However, it is recommended. We work at a fast pace with tight deadlines. The ability to work on several projects simultaneously, organize schedules and meet every deadline is absolutely required. Work experience will help us evaluate that.
- On Site Presence – This is not a telecommuting position. All candidates must be able to work in our office during normal hours – so it probably makes sense to live here (Durham, North Carolina), or be willing to relocate.
Restrictions:
We are not currently able to employ anyone outside of the USA.
Compensation:
This is negotiable and dependant on many variables. This is a Junior to Intermediate level position.
