The new Max Payne 3 trailer is hot and wants to be dangerous.
When I heard that the third iteration of Max Payne would be fat, bald and Brazilian, I had doubts. Serious doubts. But now I’m feeling better. Now, instead of worrying about the game, I just want to play it.
You can blame this trailer for that. Max – tormented and twisted because he couldn’t save her – finds himself desperately racing to save the life of another beautiful woman, killing his way from one end of Sao Paulo to another while forces beyond his ken conspire behind the scenes. It’s not New York City in the dead of winter, but that’s still about as Payne-ful as it gets.
Max Payne 3 comes out on May 15 [May 18 in Europe] for the Xbox 360 and PlayStation 3, and May 29 [June 1 in Europe] for the PC.
