Activision claims the GamePad controller will enhance Black Ops II‘s gameplay on the Wii U.
Among the games revealed for the Wii U during Nintendo’s New York press conference was Call of Duty: Black Ops II. While this may not come as a huge surprise, Nintendo has confirmed the news with a live demo.
According to Activision, the Wii U version of the game will be “the full Call of Duty experience,” with the GamePad controller enhancing that experience. One player can play on the television with a second using the GamePad, or gamers can just play alone using the GamePad to free up the television for something else.
The popular zombie mode will also make a return, and while details are currently scarce, Activision promises more information soon.
Call of Duty: Black Ops II will be available for the Wii U this November.
