If you look real hard you might see something new in this Final Fantasy XV trailer.
A new Japanese trailer for Final Fantasy XV has been released today as part of the Tokyo Game Show. The trailer, which mixes cutscenes and gameplay, seems to start painting the game’s story in very broad strokes, describing the game’s events “a fantasy based on reality,” with “a meeting predestined by the divine.” Unfortunately for most western fans, the dialogue is not currently available in English.
Though a large portion of the trailer is cut from previously released trailers and demos, there are some interesting shots with protagonist Noctis squaring off against Final Fantasy staple summon/monster, Leviathan.
FInal Fantasy XV is coming to PS4 and Xbox One. Publisher Square Enix has not yet specified a release date.
