Saber Interactive, iLLOGIKA, and EP1T0ME have announced that they are developing a video game based on the Paramount film A Quiet Place. It is a single-player, story-driven horror adventure game that will deliver an original story set in the universe of A Quiet Place.
“The A Quiet Place video game will let fans experience the tension of the films with a level of immersion they’ve never felt before,” said Hervé Sliwa, creative director at iLLOGIKA. “We’re excited to work with EP1T0ME and to team up with Saber Interactive to share this unique vision of hope and horror with players everywhere in the future.”
Todd Hollenshead, head of publishing at Saber Interactive, said, “The amazing success of the A Quiet Place movies makes it clear audiences are hungry for more adventures in this universe, and iLLOGIKA is creating their own truly engaging experience that lives up to the name of this beloved property.”
While no further information was revealed, such as platforms, more details about the game are slated to be revealed later this year. Given that it’s already October, there’s a good chance it could appear at The Game Awards 2021. According to the game’s official website, A Quiet Place is set to launch sometime in 2022.
