How the “Creative Accounting” Event Works

Like many other Monopoly GO events, “Creative Accounting” gives the players special tokens, in this case Calculators, for landing on specific squares. This time around, players get three Calculator tokens for landing on either of the tax tiles, and two for the utility tiles. This number is then increased by your dice multiplier. “Creative Accounting” in Monopoly GO runs from Nov. 15 at 10AM ET until Nov. 17 at 10AM ET.

How to Win at the Event

Tax tile and utility events are often more frustrating than other events in Monopoly GO, and “Creative Accounting” is no exception. My best advice is to save your dice multiplier for when you’re 6-8 squares away from your target, which gives you the highest chance of earning big. I genuinely dislike the tax tile/utility events, so I do recommend you save some of your dice rolls for whatever comes down the pipe next.

Otherwise and as usual, it’s important to pay attention to what events and tournaments are going on simultaneously with the main event, as they’re often great sources of dice rolls and cash to upgrade your landmarks, thus leading to more dice rolls. “Egyptian Treasures” is slated to keep going for the first day of the event, so take advantage of that. It’s easy to figure out how to succeed at that, so get what you can. Otherwise, try and place well in any tournaments that come up and just play smart.

And that’s all the rewards, prizes, and milestones for the “Creative Accounting” event in Monopoly GO, as well as how to play and win. Here’s to hoping you win big. Not that you’ll need it, you handsome/beautiful devils, you.
