For player convenience, additional Turbine Vendors have been placed in Hebian-To. A portal to Hebian-To has been placed at the entrance to Sanamar.

Note – Turbine Vendors are for Preview only and are used to purchase Level Tokens. There are Level Tokens all the way up to 260, but they’re not planning on having all of them available at the very beginning of Open Preview. Then you would all level to 260 and you would miss all the great content in between! They’ll be placing new Turbine Vendors on landscape with the higher-level Tokens over the course of Preview at pre-announced times.
