I believe this is an update, Circeus didn’t explicitly tell us it was an update, but I can’t imagine he’d send in an e-mail if it wasn’t an update. That being the case, Emoter, a Decal plugin that simplifies, well, emoting. You can find all the details about the plugin and how to download it from Circeus’ site. Remember to practice safe computing whenever you download and install any software.
