Atari Antiques, Anyone?

Got about a quarter million and a penchant for gaming history? The gaming editor over at Ars Technica took a gander at Sotheby’s online auction, where old Atari valuables will be sold next month.

At a June 22 auction, Atari valuables from 25 years ago with an estimated value of up to $250,000 will be made available for bidding. The sale comprises over 2,000 items, including proofs and sketches from hit titles like the classic racer Pole Position.

One can only view the images after registering with the Sotheby’s website.
