BioShock Infinite: Burial at Sea Episode 2 launches right about now, and to kick things off with a bang here’s a launch trailer that poses one simple question: what’s more important to Elizabeth? Her part in the play, or the play itself? She’s caught between Atlas and Ryan, but that’s not the only thing going wrong for her. It’s starting to look like hell, down there in the dark, with nothing but Daddies and scary little children for company.
Ken Levine‘s already said this one will involve pretty much every major character from both the original BioShock and BioShock Infinite; all your old friends and enemies, like a high school reunion several fathoms down, where everyone’s gone crazy and has magic powers. It’s the conclusion to BioShock Infinite‘s story, which is just as well since Irrational Games as we know it is also coming to a close.
Ken Levine’s team has done some brilliant work with this franchise, and now the time’s come to see it through to the end. Whatever that end may be …
