The event takes place on a creepier version of the game’s Theme Park map and pits five Exterminators against five Monsters in a chilling game of hide-and-seek. Doktor’s Curse takes place from Oct. 23 to Nov. 6, so be sure to jump in now and enjoy it while it lasts.

Mutated into something awful by Rainbow Six Siege’s evil Doktor, the group of Monsters must survive the five Exterminators who were ordered to clean them out. Exterminators are equipped with a specialized Breaching Hammer and a single gadget. Meanwhile, Monsters get a trap gadget and the ability to speed up and turn invisible for a limited time.

Doktor’s Curse also comes with a collection of 28 items including new Halloween-themed headgear, weapon skins, uniforms, and charms. Collection packs can be obtained through the completion of Event Challenges or by spending 300 R6 credits for one of the packs on the Rainbow Six Siege home screen.

Players who missed out on picking up last year’s skins will have a second chance to nab them during the Doktor’s Curse event as well.

Rainbow Six Siege’s most recent update, Operation Ember Rise, launched Sept. 11 and brought two new operators along with other reworks and updates.
