Fall Guys Is Getting a New Sonic the Hedgehog Costume Later This Month
As part of Season 2, Fall Guys: Ultimate Knockout will be getting a new Sonic the Hedgehog costume. It will be available starting on Oct. 14 and can be purchased for 10 in-game crowns, which are earned by winning an entire game or by reaching certain levels of the battle pass. Keep in mind that the costume is purely cosmetic, meaning you won’t gain super speed for wearing it while playing. Check it out below!

Nintendo Will Cut the Price of Single Joy-Con in Japan
Starting on Nov. 6, Nintendo will lower the price of single Joy-Con in Japan. The controller will go from 4,480 yen ($42.58 USD) to 3,740 yen ($35.49), which equates to roughly around a $7 difference. This price cut will go into effect for all color variants and is for the single Joy-Con only — dual packs will remain at the same price. It’s unclear if any sort of Joy-Con price cut will come to the West, though many have their fingers crossed for reductions.

The Outer Worlds Follow-Up Reportedly in Pre-Production
Though it hasn’t been officially confirmed, a follow-up to The Outer Worlds is reportedly underway, according to Senior Analyst at Niko Partners Daniel Ahmad. “Last I heard a new entry in the franchise is being explored, currently in pre-production,” Ahmad said on Twitter. He added, “Could change into something else (of course), but this is the current status.” Ahmad has a positive track record, and given the success of The Outer Worlds and its DLC Peril on Gorgon, it’s highly likely we’ll see more from the series in the future.
