Intel Sponsors Game Journalism Contest

Intel and FiringSquad have teamed up to host a game journalism contest with prizes worth over $10,000.

The contest, beginning on February 7 and running through April 30, will feature rounds of single elimination. Entries will be judged by the FiringSquad editorial staff, and influenced by readers who are given an opportunity to rate each article based on both content and quality.

Contestants will be allowed to cover any subject of their choice, provided it is related to videogames.

There is a separate contest bracket for both written and video content. The winner of the writing contest will be offered an Intel Core2Duo processor, $1,500 cash and a writing contract with FiringSquad.
