Job Tiers contain various jobs based on level. Mastering all jobs in a tier, that is increasing their mastery to 100%, will unlock the next Job Tier.
The higher level job tier you are in, the higher level the jobs are, and the better the rewards. Likewise, the costs are increased per job!
