Word that Isaac was in talks to take the role as the title character in Moon Knight came with a report in October 2020. The Star Wars alum has been busy picking up major roles recently, as Isaac was chosen to star as Solid Snake in Sony’s Metal Gear Solid movie adaptation last month. We shall see how he fares opposite Ethan Hawke in Moon Knight.

Marvel kicked off its run on the Disney+ side today with the first two episodes of WandaVision. Other shows in the works include the animated What If?… series, as well as The Falcon and the Winter Soldier. Other Marvel Disney+ shows in the works include Ms. Marvel, She-Hulk, Loki, and Hawkeye. Marvel has confirmed that many of its spinoff characters will appear in mainline MCU movies.

Meanwhile, the MCU is still in the process of recovering from its off-year thanks to the COVID-19 pandemic. Films like Black Widow still have yet to release, with others like Shang-Chi and the Legend of the Ten Rings and Eternals yet to come as well.
