Definitely a must watch if you like good things.
Beware of Mr. Baker is about the legendary drummer Ginger Baker. He was the man behind the kit for such bands as Cream and Blind Faith. This man helped to define the sound of an era, he’s also become quite a crotchety old man. So take a look at the younger crotchety Ginger Baker and see him as he is now, and what went into creating this creature.
The Summit focuses on the events that occured on K2 in August of 2008. In two days eleven lives were lost on the slopes of this mountain, and thanks to this documentary you get to see the events that transpired on those fateful days. This is definitely something to watch when you’ve got some hubris that needs checking.

This flick is all about the unknown independent minor league team the Portland Mavericks. This is all about how the actor Bing Russell shook up organized baseball with some very unorthodox ideas. With Max Brooks, George Romero, and Robert Kirkman as the focus of the doc you’re getting some of the best minds of the genre hashing it all out. Definitely a must-see if you’re a horror movie fan.
Milius lets you meet the man that brought you such movies as Conan the Barbarian and Red Dawn. This documentary takes a keen look at the life and work of the master John Milius. He was the product of the Film School generation of filmmakers and changed the way we look at film. Watch this if you’re a fan of movies, or you just want to watch awesome happen before your eyes.
Elaine Stritch: Shoot Me take a long hard look at the television and Broadway star Elaine Stritch. You may remember her from her role as Jack’s mother in 30 Rock, or from her plethora of roles on any number of television series. She recently passed away, on July 17th, so take your time and appreciate the career of one of the most talented actors of her generation.
