Doing jobs can gain you experience and items. To preform a job, click the jobs link in the navigation bar. Choose what job you’d like to do (make your you have all the requirements fulfilled!) and click the 
button.
Each job requires a certain amount of Discipline. In addition to Discipline, certain jobs require items. Many of the items you are able to purchase in the Farm Store, but on occasion you will need an item earned by doing other jobs. These items will always be found in a previous tier prior to the one you are on. Also, some of the items, such as Instructors, are used up as you perform the job, so make sure you have plenty on hand.
Tip: Mastering a job will give you an extra skill point for training. Mastering all the jobs in a tier will unlock the qualifying round and the next tier.
