Keep your eyes on us throughout the week.
San Diego Comic-Con is happening this week. That you know. But what you might not know is that if you’re among those unable to make the trip yourself, The Escapist has you covered. We’re hitting San Diego in full force this week, and we’ll be bringing you all the breaking news and general weird-awesomeness in and around SDCC throughout the convention.
The Escapist’s own Elizabeth Harper, Andrea Rene, John Keefer and myself will be on the scene all week, along with some help from our sister site GameFront. We’ll be slogging it through Hall H presentations, talking to cosplayers, getting a closer look at upcoming games, checking out The Eisner Awards and the Masquerade, hitting up panels and basically getting as little sleep as possible to ensure you don’t miss out on anything. It’ll be almost like you’re there yourself, except you don’t have to shell out for an expensive plane ticket or for horrendously marked-up hotel rooms. You’re welcome.
So what are we covering? Here’s a brief sample:
* A presentation from BioWare about the development of the next Mass Effect game.
* A closer look at Dragon Age: Inquisition
* Hall H presentations for Marvel, DC and more.
* The Image Comics Expo
* Panels focused on Batman co-creator Bill Finger, Battlefield, Halo, just to name a few.
* And well, a hell of a lot more.
See the full schedule for yourself, and if there’s anything you want us to see, don’t hesitate to let us know. In the meantime, keep your eyes locked to the escapist, and especially to our Comics and Cosplay, Movies and TV, and Video Games channels so you won’t miss a thing. And be gentle with us. We’re going to be exhausted.
