Sam & Max: Beyond Time and Space Remastered Review in 3 Minutes

Recommended Videos

Sam & Max Beyond Time and Space Remastered is a point-and-click adventure game developed and published by Skunkape Games. Similar to the 2020 remastered release of the previous entry in the series, Sam & Max Save the World, this entry covers the second season of the original episodic series. The gameplay, story, and puzzles are the same, with modern visual and audio enhancements.

This remaster is polished, featuring many additions to celebrate, such as improved player models, dynamic lighting, and a full 16:9 ratio to appreciate. The same lovable characters and adventures are intact for longtime fans to experience again. I’m not sure if any jokes were adjusted or removed, but if so, it is completely negligible. The overall comedic tone is still exceptional and hilarious.

If you’re even remotely interested in the series, or you’ve enjoyed the previous entry, you should definitely this one up.

Sam & Max Beyond Time and Space Remastered is set to release today for $19.99 on Nintendo Switch, Steam, and Xbox One.
