Sony has announced that it will honor refunds for those who purchased Cyberpunk 2077 through PlayStation Network (PSN). Once Sony has confirmed that a consumer purchased Cyberpunk 2077 from PlayStation Network, it will begin processing the refund. However, it is important to mention that completion of the refund varies based on payment method and financial institution. Additionally, Sony will be delisting Cyberpunk 2077 from purchase on the PlayStation Network Store until further notice.
There is no indication of when the game will come back to the digital storefront, whether as a PlayStation 4 title or a future PlayStation 5 title. CD Projekt Red is working on next-generation versions of Cyberpunk 2077. It is also currently unknown if Microsoft intends to follow suit for the Xbox One version of the game, which is also suffering through a litany of bugs at present.
SIE strives to ensure a high level of customer satisfaction, and we will begin to offer a full refund for all gamers who have purchased Cyberpunk 2077 via PlayStation Store and want a refund. Please visit the following link to initiate the refund: https://t.co/DEZlC0LmUG.

This has been quite a week for CD Projekt Red so far. The controversy surrounding games media and consumers has definitely put Cyberpunk 2077 in a bad light. The PC storefront GOG, which is also owned by CD Projekt Red’s parent company, CD Projekt, came under fire yesterday after it swiftly walked back on its decision to publish Devotion on its platform.
Stay tuned for further updates on Cyberpunk 2077 on PSN and how long the delisting will last.
