Luke, Han, Darth Vader and more appear in this fan-made video showcasing Star Wars characters done Guardians of the Galaxy style.
You might have already seen the latest trailer for Marvel’s Guardians of the Galaxy; but have you seen it done with Star Wars characters? This is exactly what you’ll see in the video where YouTuber “The Unusual Suspect” uses old Star Wars footage (yes, from the “good” trilogy), and mixes it in with audio and fonts from the latest Guardians of the Galaxy trailer.
Both movie franchises have been active in the news lately, with spoilers already popping up online for Guardians of the Galaxy even if it’s not set to be released in theaters until August. For Star Wars, we posted a report wherein the supposed new villains have been revealed and are said to be “Jedi Hunters.” Not only that, but for something much more concrete, it’s said that Looper director Rian Johnson will write and direct Star Wars: Episode VIII.
Guardians of the Galaxy is set to hit theaters in North America on August 1, while the next entry in the Star Wars films, Star Wars: Episode VII is scheduled for a December 18, 2015 release.
