The Simpsons Dresses Characters From Anime and More

The latest installment of The Simpsons‘ “Treehouse of Horror” puts the Simpons family in an assortment of costumes.

The latest “Treehouse of Horror” episode of The Simpsons references many shows and movies as a barrage of Simpsons dress up in costumes from many other animated series.

In a clip about millions of incarnations of the Simpsons characters for marketing, claymation versions of the Simpsons family enter the house, followed by Maggie as Pokemon‘s Pikachu bouncing in. Lisa, dressed as Mikasa from Attack on Titan uses her maneuver gear. In tow are Bart as Naruto from the titular series, Homer as Zoro from One Piece, and Marge as Rangiku from Bleach.

Afterward there are references to Adventure Time, Archer, South Park, and more. The family also meets their Tracey Ullman Show counterparts.

The “Treehouse of Horror” episodes are Halloween specials for The Simpsons. With one airing each year, 2014’s is the 25th.

The most recent crossover in The Simpsons was the “Simpsons Guy” episode, this season’s premiere, a 45-minute episode featuring appearances from Family Guy characters. The “Simpsorama” episode, a crossover with Futurama, airs in November.
