“We are proud of what Rainbow Six Siege has to offer and we wish you the greatest experience possible.”
The open beta for Rainbow Six Siege was intended to launch yesterday. However issues with matchmaking times and disconnection across all platforms resulted in Ubisoft delaying the launch at the last minute. After a night of updates, Ubisoft has announced on its forums that the open beta is now available.
“We are happy to confirm we will be launching the Rainbow Six Siege open beta at 12pm EST. We want to thank everyone who is participating in this beta,” the forum post reads. “Your feedback helps us improve. For everyone who hasn’t been able to play as yet, we apologize for the inconvenience and we appreciate your patience and understanding. We are proud of what Rainbow Six Siege has to offer and we wish you the greatest experience possible.”
In an earlier update on the matter, Ubisoft guaranteed that the delay to the beta would not compromise the intended December 1 release for Rainbow Six Siege on PlayStation 4, Xbox One, and PC.
