Microsoft just added a ton of backward-compatible Xbox games to its Xbox Cloud Gaming service. An Xbox Wire post revealed that Xbox Game Pass Ultimate subscribers can now access 16 classic titles on their Android phones and tablets via the company’s cloud streaming technology, with some highlights including Fallout: New Vegas and three Gears of War games. The best part is that more games from the original Xbox and Xbox 360 libraries are coming, but you can see all of the backward-compatible Xbox Cloud Gaming titles below:

Xbox Game Pass Ultimate had its Xbox Cloud Gaming feature launch last year, bringing more than 100 titles to subscribers with compatible devices. Microsoft has already made it clear that backward compatibility and Game Pass are important pillars for the Xbox brand, with today’s announcement only reemphasizing it.
Cloud gaming is becoming increasingly prevalent in the industry. While Microsoft continues its endeavors with Xbox Cloud Gaming, companies like Google and Amazon have started to explore the streaming option with Stadia and Luna, respectively. Meanwhile, Nintendo Switch players have been able to play more technologically demanding games – such as Hitman 3 and Control – thanks to cloud gaming.
